About the Project

The Big Tree Café is a premium café and leisure brand with resort-style cafés in Gurugram and Jaipur and a luxury villa experience in Gurugram. It offers a unique blend of ambience, food, and staycation vibes—perfect for young adults, families, and influencers.

We were tasked with scaling both online presence and real-world bookings through a mix of performance-driven Meta Ads and organic social growth. The objective: attract footfall, build a loyal online community, and position the brand as the go-to lifestyle destination in India.

The Challenge

Despite its beautiful property and strong local word-of-mouth, The Big Tree Café needed a digital strategy to match its on-ground experience. Our main hurdles included:

  • Low social media reach and follower growth
  • Inefficient lead flow for reservations & villa bookings
  • No structured content calendar or influencer collaboration strategy
  • Inconsistent brand voice across platforms

Tracking these challenges helped me stay focused on getting more leads, improving conversions, and making Stockwiz more visible in the market.

The Strategy

We split our approach into two core engines:

1. Social Media Management – Building The Lifestyle Brand

We knew the audience wouldn’t just visit—they wanted to feel the vibe. So, we made the brand’s Instagram, Facebook & Reels tell that story.

Visual Branding: Built a clean and modern grid to highlight the resort’s food, events, ambience, and aesthetics
Content Calendar: Shot and scheduled weekly content across categories—

  • Food porn (b-rolls, closeups)
  • Ambience & Property Highlights (sunset shots, decor reels, drone views)
  • Event Nights (Live Music, Candle Nights, DJ Parties)
  • Villa Life (romantic getaways, poolside brunch, room tours)

Influencer Marketing: Collaborated with micro and mid-tier creators to drive footfall via Reels and stories
User-Generated Content (UGC): Encouraged customers to tag and share—amplified the most aesthetic ones
Stories + Highlights: Curated story highlights for menu, events, villa tours & how to book

2. Meta Ads – Performance Marketing Engine

To drive table bookings, party reservations, villa inquiries, and more, we ran multiple campaigns with clearly defined goals:

🎯 Campaign Types:

  • Lead Generation Forms (Villa bookings, table reservations)
  • Traffic Campaigns (Drive traffic to WhatsApp, website)
  • Event Promotions (Targeted ads for live nights, weekend specials)
  • Brand Awareness (Broader reach in Delhi NCR & Jaipur)

📌 Geo-targeting:

  • Focused within 25–40 km radius of Gurugram & Jaipur
  • Specific segmentation for “Party Lovers”, “Couples”, “Foodies”, “Staycation Seekers”

📈 Strategy Highlights:

  • Maximize Conversions Bidding for lowest CPL
  • Custom creatives per property (resort vs villa)
  • Audience testing for party nights vs romantic villa getaways
  • WhatsApp-Click campaigns for instant booking intent

The Content Strategy – What Worked

Here’s how we approached visual storytelling for resorts and villas:

📷 Content Recommendations (Now a monthly ritual):

  • Golden Hour Reels – Romantic evening setups, lighting, music
  • Before-After Setup Shots – How we prep for events (great engagement)
  • Mini Room Tours – Villa walk-through with voiceover or text overlay
  • Dining Experience Clips – Plating, chef’s specials, cocktail prep
  • Influencer POV Reels – “Come with me to this dreamy villa…”

🎥 How We Shoot (On-Site Playbook):

  • Reels in vertical 9:16, shot on phone + gimbal
  • Use ambient music or trending audio
  • Focus on transitions, slow motion, and natural lighting
  • Add text hooks like “Hidden gem in Gurugram”, “Best date night spot?”, “Weekends be like 🍷🌸”

The Results

📈 10,000+ monthly leads across café & villa bookings
💥 Over 100% growth in followers on Instagram in 60 days
